Have you ever wondered how you can have so much clarity about what you "should" be doing with your life—how to spend your time, how to show up in relationships, your eating/drinking and exercise habits, your anxiety, stress, or depression level—and yet, no amount of understanding seems to change your patterns? Maybe you have gotten really inspired to make changes, and for a while, they stuck, but then you found yourself falling back into old habits. Perhaps you’ve been in therapy before and had powerful realizations about your life that ultimately had little long-term effect. If this resonates with you, it has likely left you feeling exhausted and confused.

I practice experiential psychotherapy techniques, which utilize the understanding of our struggles as one part of the process but take it deeper, creating transformational shifts through in-session experiences. These experiences allow you to fully understand and integrate multiple "parts" or "knowings" that reside in your subconscious. These parts of you keep you relying on patterns that prioritize past needs for safety over present desires for change, peace, and fulfillment.

My approach utilizes experiential techniques such as coherence therapy, somatic therapy, parts work, breathwork and EMDR.

My office is conveniently located in West-Central Austin. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – Telehealth options are also available.

Rates

  • Individuals: $150/50 minute session

  • Couples: $160/50 minute session

  • Some sliding scale spots available for those in need
